You can query your Dataverse tables with SQL Server Management Studio - this is a great tool for anyone out there implementing Business Application Projects.

II-Steps:
1.Download SQL Server Management Studio Express
2.Connect to your Dataverse Environment
II Note:
-ServerType : Database Engine
-ServerName: the organization address URL (Your Dataverse URL)
-Only Azure Active Directory authentication is supported. SQL authentication and Windows authentication aren't supported.
3.Start querying!
